I need a simple windows application that will do one thing: scan bulk image files in a certain folder (or highlighted files) with a keyword search, and point out to me which files contain this keyword. I've got very large dimension scans of newspaper pages, and I need the ability to keyword search them. An application that tells me which files contain that keyword would be fine, but a program that could display the zoomable image files, at the end of the search with the keyword highlighted would be even better.
