Contest Brief

I am looking for a minimum of 3 images. I am looking for a company image to be created that I can use on my website (see www.cozyanesthesia.com for dimensions). I would also like a logo design for our facebook cover photo and also a design for our facebook profile photo. They should all be fairly similar in design and should be the appropriate dimensions.

The images/logos should portray:
safe, comfortable, painless, anesthesia
