If you think you win. It is good for you. But why you withdrawn your design. If any one copy you design. Then you tell contest owner . He reject the design.
By the way, if you never submit your design #9 . We think you copy or modify your design and you send the link contest owner . And hid the submit.
I think you re-submit #9 you original design. We want see your #9 design. If you design unique. Then submit you design #9 . If you copy or modify your design . Then no need submit you design. If you honest submit your design #9 and other design.
