I'm in need of a modern and bold logo for our racing team, the Bay Area Dragons (BAD). This logo should be a creative, stylish design to celebrate 30 years of racing, with the number "30" incorporated into the design.

The logo should:
- Evoke an energetic, fun, stylish, and modern ambiance.
- Incorporate a small, stylized or abstract dragon head, a dragonboat paddle, and a sense of speed.
- Feature the team name "Bay Area Dragons" or "BAD" in red, below the logo.

The design should be modern, bold, unique and stylized, deviating from conventional designs. Best that you have Experience in designing for sports teams or similar energetic and fun brands. Open to innovative ideas and new interpretations, so creativity is key!

A lot of entries submitted have the “30” as the main feature in your design.
For the logo design, we need the logo to still work for next year so that it looks good with just removing the “30” and still be a modern logo design. Please think about that - a logo design that will look good and unique even when the “30” is removed from the design.

A lot of the entries have evil dragons, serpents, snakes = NO NO NO. We won't accept entries with evil looking dragons or dragons that get speared through the head with a paddle. We are looking for modern design, stylish design. It can be abstract. Right now none of the entries fit our criteria.
