  dear contest holder, i hope you won't settle for a copied design as it would hurt your business, that's why most original designs (as mine) are usually uploaded with a version on a white background (see entry #366 ) so that they can be reverse searched through search engines as ( https://www.google.com.eg/imghp?hl=ar&tab=wi&ogbl ), and if you need my design in any specific format or with any edits please let me know and i'll be more than happy to do them for you

  and if you see the selected person profile, you can see he does not have any experience or anything, he just went to google, searched company related to recycle and oil, he found gebiofuel logo on google, copied it and submitted it to you with just a leaf added or something else added. so please be safe with this scammers.

  and make sure to see the logos on plain white background, bcoz thats how its gone look when you print it or put for advertisement.

     Thanks for the note. I did visit the site and it looks quite similar. There are slight variations. I am obviously not an expert at graphic design. Would this qualify for copyright infringement?

     yes sir it is copyright infringement, bcoz just lil tweak wont make it different or original, bcoz you can see yourself that it all the way similar. as you are paying "500CAD" i obsessively think you are looking for the original design for your company identity and represent your company standards,
     
     and obsessively if the ppls in the same field see it, they will think its a ripoff of the other company, so its upto you, hope you make the right decision
     
     there might be many other different designs you can see and select from, but make sure its original, if you need any further help i will be happy to help you.

  Hello CH! I'm interested to participate in your contest. It would be nice if you can #sealed the contest. Some of the designers feel confident to participate in contests that offer to protect them work by sealing it (so only you can see it). Also, it is a plus cuz nobody copies other designer’s work.
  
  Also you can use this following links to have an idea of what is a generic prefab logo: (beware! Because you might get something similar to these as well, happens almost every time)

  Now you can be sure which designer is giving you a design completely made by itself and you can feedback and rating to guide them get better. Some of the designers feel more confidence to participate in contests that offer to protect them work by sealing it and by guaranteeing the final price.

  We do not create electricity, instead we create diesel fuel. Please incorporate a liquid drop instead of lightning bolts and plug-ins.
