Contest Brief

I need a UI/UX expert to design a few pages for an IT platform. I am attaching the screenshot of an API integration page where user can add a new API integrations/connections to external services with which we offer connections, such as external DB. In the top part (Available Integrations) of the page, user can see available connections to choose from and there is a plus sign to the right that allows the user to add the connection. Int he second half of the page, bellow (Enabled Integrations) user can see the connections that are already set up and have been running.
Once the user clicks on the plus in the Available Integrations, they are taken to the settings page, where they need to provide credentials and sometimes parameters needed for the connection to work. In this case the user needs to select the destination database where the user wants the data to arrive and to provide the username and password credentials for the source database from which the user wants the data to be taken from. This setting pages should be logically divided into 4 Steps that are often the same: 1 - name the connection, 2 - authenticate into service or provide credentials, 3 - Choose the destination from dropdown where data should be saved 4 - provide parameters, such as what tables to synch

These 2 pages do not look very appealing and we need to: 1) design a more attractive and simple look 2) create CSS and html code to be handed over to our developer.
Design and CSS will be running on React and need to be mobile optimised.

To win the contest, please provide one or two mockups as jpeg or image and once the contest is awarded, you will work on html and css. Bonus is provided for outstanding work

As i can see in your description you need both Design + HTML & CSS codes, but can i try only the design part? Cuz i'm not good with HTML & CSS
