Contest Brief

Smart Asset Management is a Real Estate Development Company that is looking to work with exceptionally creative designers. Currently one of our Industrial Properties is in need of signage upgrade. The signage would be affixed to the edge of the property as well as having blank space for tenant banners to be posted. The property is an Industrial Cold Storage Warehouse that is located and can be viewed from a busy street and intersection. We would like to design our signage in two parts. Please see the attached concept we would like for the building.

Part 1: The left side corner of the property will consist of address numbering as follows: 1937, 1945, 1951, 1957, and 1961. We would like to then have a blank area to add tenant banners whether it be the right or left side of the address numbering. Currently you can see that tenant banners are affixed above and below the addresses stating 1937 - 1961. Lastly, we would like to add a property title above the address numbers. The Property name shall be "Vernon Cold Storage Centre".

Part 2: Our Company will be also launching a business, "Stay Cool Cold Storage", to take over some of the space in the industrial building. We would like to have a separate signage on the right corner showing the addresses 2003-2035. Essential we are starting a cold storage business as well and would like some creative logos for the banner. Candidates are more than welcome to get creative with it.

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

- Add thick borders around the 5 rectangles which tenant banners will go in
- We need this signage to be perceived as cold, so avoid hot colors (red, orange, yellow)
- On Part 2 of the signage, add 2003-2035 above the large logo
