Contest Brief

My dental clinical is optima dental care. I want a new modern look and want to redesign my practice logo, but I want to keep exactly the same name and the same colours - optima is pantome 382 and dental care is silver.
I do not want a variation of the existing rings around the optima, instead I want a completely different logo, possibly a wordmark in the text? It needs to work well with website home page especially using iPhone. Thanks.
