I need your help to correct MY mistake and make this as FOCUSED as possible.
I have provided a 10 second clip here:

I need this QUICK and will award a generous fixed fee to who I determine can do the BEST job.
(I have heard that one might "duplicate" the clip and blur out the BACKGROUND more so that the SUBJECT "appears" more IN FOCUS..)

but we need some creativity here to salvage this footage...
I will pick a winner and give you the entire unedited interview to place your filters/generators/etc upon showing me you have done a great job with the 10 second clip
