Contest Brief

This property in Albany Western Australia is being setup for 4 businesses to run out of it. The property is at 169 Cesterpass Road, Milpara, WA.

I have a deadline of a meeting this Wednesday and I need to come up with a signage plan that represents all 4 businesses, the coloring of background will need to work for all business logos and also the whole front of building/sign needs to present the property looking corporate & professional.

I would like to get some life like submissions so that we can see what the signage will look like when it is completed. (I have attached some photos, the link to the property address and the business Logos)

The pylon sign at the front of the property has the top section of it with lights inside so this is a prime placement for a sign.

IDEA 1:
Raptor Group is the lease holder so maybe Raptor holds the large place at the top of the pylon sign and then all 4 logos are below on the white section of the sign then the 4 logos also on the front of the building.

IDEA 2:
Place all 4 logos in the top part of the front sign that has lights behind it and then list all available services at the property on the white section of the sign.

- Concrete products

NOTE: we can adjust the background color of all signs so a few options would be good so that we can choose the best idea.

I will choose a design before my meeting on Wednesday so that I have a good plan to take along.
