Contest Brief

I am a loan signing agent and certified notary public. I am looking for a logo that contains my colors blue, black, and white. My idea is to start with a lined page that will include the business name "InHouse Innovation" being signed by a feather pen. Also, include at bottom left my notary seal that states 'India Richmond", 'State of Delaware', and 'Notary Public' in middle. Below, I have attached an example of my ideal logo.
