Contest Brief

I have 2 company's with 2 different logos, The Cyber Logo I wish to modernise as follows.
I need one them texturing to match the other.
The Cyber logo Padlock needs to feature the same characteristics of the Favicon Shield .
I the Orange text i wish to make slightly darker on the Cyber logo.
Note no changes to the Favicon or Digital-Justice Logo these are for sample only.
This is a very straight forward Photoshop Freelancer project that needs very little working so please no need to complicate and overwork it.

1 hours work at most. Formats in PNG and Photoshop
