Contest Brief
Please take a look at the attached shortlist of logos that we like so it can help you design something. Doesn't need to be a copy of any of those logos but the reasons why we like them should help you with designing something unique.
The logo is for a real estate team HOWEVER please don't just send submissions with houses / homes / keys etc... I'm looking for something more creative and unique and we are extremely sophisticated & professional and very knowledgable so the logo needs to reflect that quality. Please also present an icon version of the logo with it. Also please stick to more classic colours.
PLEASE make sure you refer to the logos they have liked and the reasons why so you can create something that we will appreciate.
