Contest Brief

The Calgary Professional Videographers Association (www.calgaryvideographers.com) is re-branding and would like a new logo to reflect our current organisation.

Here is some background to give you a feel for who we are.

We are a mix of young, eager videographers and more experienced professionals with long-standing businesses.

We constantly strive to learn about the latest techniques and equipment of our trade.

Together, we offer a wide range of video services from live event coverage and streaming to corporate and wedding videography.

Our mission is to foster a high standard of professionalism in our industry while helping promote members to the community.

We would like a logo to reflect our place in this rapidly, evolving industry that shows our flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.

We want it to install confidence in those who view our logo, that we are leaders in our industry and top providers of video communication.

What we do not want:

A logo of a video camera, clapboard, film strip, or similar icons.

Logo may use colour but must be able to stand alone in grayscale or black and white.

There is no official colour. The final format must be delivered in vector.
