I am developing a simple program that looks at a camera and takes a picture of the image daily, weekly and monthly. I need to generate a simple report that looks really nice with the original image included. There needs to be editable fields for me to input some language regarding the status of each event. Need to show dates and some kind of icon with OK or NOT OK
This will be for between 1 and 100 cameras
I need to have area in header and footer to brand and add text

okay so you are asking for a full webpage including coding and design ?!
if that's true you may consider to #increaseprize to include the the coding
if not
then let me clarify those points
you want a table with that number of pages and have about 15 camera per page
we have to design that table and design a button to generate the report which also we have to design ?
if yes
then attach a report sample to know what we are gonna do

For now I plan to use an excel spreadsheet to enter all data including the original picture. ( I need to build out the spreadsheet) I will update that based on required frequency from the owner. Each update should generate a new PSD report based on date - probably tabs at bottom. The output (Report) needs to look professional to the client and available to have a third party brand attached to it if necessary. There probably needs to be about 15 cameras per page - positioned vertically . Color scheme doesn't matter

Please post your requirements for the design concept (color schemes , layout ,fonts ..etc )
and what is the final result format should be (PSD , HTML ...etc )
