Homepage of a website

Contest Brief

Hello
I own the domain name 'excellentspreadsheet.com'. I need someone to 'design a layout for the homepage'. I am not ready for a fully functioning website setup, so just looking for people who can do a unique design/layout. Do not submit programming skills at this time.

I will supply the color scheme based on websites I have found online. I will supply a suggestion of a website I liked which is cartoon drawn, but i am not against paying for stock photos. I will add my logo for you to work with. I will send a webpage that has the menus I believe I would like to incorporate as they fit my particular model. I am looking to pay $250-$300 only
