New local service provider website that needs to rank quickly with minimal competition from other businesses in area. Website is a one page site already made (virus-clean.com.au), I need someone to take care of the SEO side and potentially an ad campaign.

Best plan gets the gig, note, all items from winning plan need to be fully executed as described in winning entry for payment to be made.

Site has not had any off page SEO done at all at this stage.
