I need a creative flowchart/infochart based on a picture for a company in the financial services industry.

The text and logo are attached. We would like to use the colors from the logo and envision an idea with a plant with gold leaves to capture the growth framework and SIMPLIFY message.

We would like the diagram to be 1920x1080.
