Contest Brief

I need cover art for a musical digital download single called “Taking You Back”. The artist is a male named “Nyketric”. Both the artist name and song title should be included in the cover art. More emphasis should be on the song title than the artist name.

The genre is Pop. The song lyrically speaks to taking an ex-lover back after a break-up. Despite the genre and lyrics of the song, the artwork should make viewers want to stop and click on the song. The song may be heard at www.soundcloud.com/nyketric.

There is a photo attached that may be used in both the cover art. However, it is not required that you use the attached photo.
Colors I envision: White, Grey and different shades of Green. However, if you feel the desire to include other colors, please feel free. If it looks good, I will probably still like it.

Cover Art Specs: file format must be .jpg/.jpeg; RGB color mode: resolution 300dpi; file size must be no larger than 9Mb; image dimensions should be at least 3000x3000 pixels.

No Social Media Header Art needed.

Lastly, please be original, modern and creative. As a musician, I don’t need or want basic stock photos and basic lettering anyone can find on the internet. Therefore, please have FUN with this! Think outside the box! Don’t hold back! I look forward to seeing your submission.

Only cover art is needed. No social media header art is required. I couldn't change the title of the contest, but I was able to update the description details with this change.
