Contest Brief

Hi,

I am a newly opened business and I will mainly sell products with my brand printed on. The brand should be adapted so it can be printed mainly on phone cases. I want it as clean as possible with a lot of detailing effects.

The brand name will be ''Ace'', and the logo symbol is going to be the spade from the card game.

**FOR THE BRAND**
Since some phone cases have different colours (for example mostly black and transparent), I would like the logo in different colour variations as in white and black. I will attach images of how these colours could look like, and I want them very similar since I really liked the ones I found on google.

My idea is very simple, I want a spade as a symbol, and a text ''Ace'' beside, below or inside the symbol. The design of the text ''Ace'' must be special, since I might only print the text on some cases as well. Inside the spade (the symbol) I want a 3d polygon design. For the polygon design I want one version to be white and one to be black. I want one that is gold/black for the website.

**FOR THE WEBSITE**
For my website I want the similar design that you make for the brand logo, but with gold/black colour and with a background. I will attach the background image that I want it to look similar to, and also the colour that I want the logo to be.

I will attach the images below so you can understand how I want it.

Hi I have read the brief and found this very confusing: " I want it as clean as possible with a lot of detailing effects." Such design can't be a clean one for sure. Also, the selected background image for your website is seriously bad because it's too busy and with such tone/tint variations and extreme contrast, there won't be any room for any foreground design element such as your logo. These are just suggestions hoping that it will help you get a better design for your product. Hope that helps.

The logo sample that you gave, do you want it in the same pattern or I can experiment with the spade and the ace?

  You could experiment with the pattern, but please keep it with the polygon geometrics, maybe try smaller polygon geometrics and use the colours I attached. I'd really love the gold/black shiny colour and the background I posted as well.
