Contest Brief

We will launch a podcast soon and need someone to create the artwork that will be posted on Stitcher, iTunes, YouTube, etc. The podcast is about real estate investing, specifically apartment investing (people partner up to buy apartment buildings and then rent the apartments out, without selling any of the apartments).

We are looking for something fresh, eye-catching, and unique. It should look different and stand out from the most popular investing and real estate podcasts' artworks. (check here to get an idea: https://thecollegeinvestor.com/6778/top-investing-podcasts/ )

For the contest, please send a SQUARE design for the podcast's artwork. Once the winner is selected, we will ask them to send a rectangular version for the episodes so that we can update it every time. We will need PSD and AI files along with PNG and JPG.

Hey guys! Thank you for your submissions so far. We would love to see also some designs with different shapes, colors, and/or typographies. If you need to leave the host's and/or the buildings' photos out that's OK too! But it needs to be eye-catching!

Also, keep in mind that the artwork needs to look good and be easy to recognize even at thumbnail size!
