Grey boxes : couches and couch chairs
Red circle sealing suspended fireplace
kitchen dimension missing as need designer to identify best kitchen size for the open space room.
double shower in the on-suite bath
Kitchen sink under the window
cook top and oven on the kitchen island
bath layout can be rearranged if designed believe there is a more suitable one
