Design a Logo

Contest Brief

I require a svg rendering of the attached image. The rendering should look very close to the original image, however it should not simply be an image trace. The image should simply serve as a logo prototype.

The svg should have the "rabbit", the "hat" and the "sparkles" on separate layers/groups and I should be able to easily change their fill and line color . The image should be as close to a 1:1 aspect ratio as possible.

The logo is going to be used to generate favicons and other application logos for a webapp.

Bonus: There are several bonus requirements I would like to brief you on:
* create an animation in which the logo "sparkles" (for when the application is saving in the background)
* create an animation in which the rabbit is "face down" inside the hat and wiggling its bum as if it is "digging" or "searching" for something (for loading screens)
* create an image in which the hat is tipped over, and empty (for error screens). This, or an image with the rabbit in front of the tipped over hat with perhaps a single tear in one eye. Which ever looks best; use your judgement

Preference for prizes will be awarded based on whether or not bonus requirements are met.
