Contest Brief

I need a graphic designer to design a banner for me on transparent background so it can beprinted as self adhesive sticker and applied on the glass window of my shop. The actual dimension will be 100cm x 100cm.

1.The design has to be SALE balloons on top like the attached image (The message i want to give is - SALE UPTO 50% OFF)

2. Then the second mesage( Plus extra 10% off till 31st April)

you can design whichever way you want as long as you add these 2 messages in the design.
