Is the presentation going to be a downloadable / printed out that is reading material (with info and text paragraphs like a brochure)? Or is it powerpoint presentation that is going to be projected and a speaker speaks. In a powerpoint presentation, there will be minimal text to read on the screen, and will usually have only headings or bulletpoints. Please clarify.
