Contest Brief

I need lyrics to appear on the screen when the lyrics are spoken in the beat. Looking for a nice clean and modern white text and slight movement on the text when the lyric is spoken. Also looking for a slight bass reaction on the heart clip art

1. When the lyrics are NOT being spoken, have the heart clip art in the direct center of the video with a very slight bass react animation and slight round movement
2. when the lyrics ARE spoken, slide the heart clip art over to the left of the video and have the lyric text on the right side flowing in nicely with the clean white modern style text
3. have the heart clip art do a slight bass react to the beat
4. have the lyrics show up one line at a time and stack on each other
5. Lyrics Start at 0:22 , 1:31 , 2:41
