Contest Brief

I need an anime cartoon drawn exactly like the one below, however rather than the setting being a mountainous digital world, the two characters should be touching hands while approaching a 'matrix/ grid-like' digital concert where the main character (wearing white ray-ban wayfarer style sunglasses, a tweed jacket, a leather bracelet, and a conductor's cap) is leaning forward on a stage holding a microphone and rapping. The stage should have a banner that says FNBSX.com and his shirt should have the Fanbase 'F' (lightening bolt) on the chest. It should be clear that the concert is very crowded, but we don't need to see the faces of the audience (they can be silhouette's). They can be part of the digital landscape.

the characters approaching the stage should be the exactly the same as the ones in the screenshot, "goku" and "vegeta". But who is the one on the stage....? is their a particular person you have in mind who the rapper should look like....?
