Who and what it is about
The young company produces plant based vegan fish substitutes.The product is simple at its core, but because of its substitutive nature, it requires explanation and attraction in equal measure.

The task
· Develop a brand name for a vegan fish brand

Requirements
· The name should be in englisch
· The name should be one word
· The name must be a fantasy name
· The name must be short max 8 letters
· The name should have a nice melody for example and consits of similar letters
· The name is not allowed to have any root word of the following words: hook, catch, fish, fin, net , ocean , green, vegan, plantbased
· The name is not allowed to trigger any kind of relation to the above mention words

tonality / visuality / role
Inspiring, open, modern and inclusive. We don't want to be senior teachers in the compulsory subject of sustainability, but tour guides into the wonderful, modern world of sustainable culinary arts. We want to lead the way with courage and curiosity and encourage others to follow us. At the same time, we are also allowed to be fun and good for a laugh.

Target group
are LOHAS people (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability target groups). The brand should be equally strongly relevant, interesting and desirable for several groups (vegans / flexitarians / progressives). The central feeling should be departure and curiosity, inviting to discover new possibilities.

What if
it wouldn't be so damn difficult and complex to substitute fish better in addition to meat. If consumers who want to do the right thing could be sure that they are also doing the right thing for themselves. If topics like sustainability, vegetarianism and veganism were not only desirable, but also easy, transparent and consistently implementable. What if there were finally really good alternatives - tasty, healthy and also compatible for the environment

Center
Vegan fish substitute that comes across quite differently than you would expect: Modern, relaxed, with a wink and yet with all consistency, honesty and authenticity. Here ignites the next stage of culinary evolution. Vegan fish substitute, without nonsense, long lists of ingredients, antibiotics and microplastics, which keeps everything that others only promise.

Competitive field
The market for our product is still largely untapped. While there are countless substitutes for meat, the fish market is still rather unoccupied. The few competitors are divided into two groups and offer customers and interested parties either chemically enhanced variety, or natural focus.
The opportunity for us: A lot of freedom to position ourselves in an unconstrained and authentic way and even to claim the interpretation of an entire category for ourselves (natural focus)

Customer glasses
Substitution of animal products likes to take place in pigeonholes and as a customer you feel stereotyped into the same. The bottom line: many options, many opinions, little fact-based insight. The opportunity for us is to guide and educate without lecturing and patronizing. Thus we dissolve stereotypes and offer a real sustainable fish-free option for everyone that tastes extremely delicious.

Dear CH, In requirements, you wrote the name must be one word and also Ocean as a root word is not allowed. But the highest rated entry contains a name "Sea Change" which contains Two Word and Also the prohibited word sea (Ocean)... And you rated this 4 star!
