Contest Brief

Need to create a book cover. Title of work: Age of Azmoq - The Valantian Imperium. Name of author: Rajamayyoor Sharma

The book is a high fantasy novel, first of the series (Series name: Age of Azmoq)

The cover depicts a city. The city is built on a platform created by leveling the tops of 4 hills. The city and its platform are still about 500 meters off the ground. Which means at least 500 meters of all the hills still exist. The platform and city is supported by arches between hills to ensure architectural support (like real life bridges between hills). The most prominent building in the city is the Imperium Chambers which is extremely large and imposing. It houses at least 3000 people. The architecture can be any ancient/medieval one (Greek, Renaissance preferred)

The High Seat (name of city), though a large city, houses only 5 types of people. 1) the Valantian Imperium, the rulers of the continent - It is a council of 14 people. 2) Elite army units, Elite units which perform highest priority assignments for the Imperium - there are about a 1000 of them. 3) Final 100 - Top 100 warriors who are the best of the best. 4) Support staff - to maintain the city. Numbered around 15,000.

The city is very aspirational to everyone - all from the continent wish to enter it. But no one can, primarily due to its defenses and the height at which it is established.

  I need the full cover. Creatspace template works well. Don't have a preference of photo vs. illustration - either works for me.
