Please read the objective and summary carefully before entering this contest.

We are Footway and we sell shoes online. We are looking for the best subject line for our upcoming newsletter. The newsletter is about exercising outside, and the newsletter will contain shoes for this purpose.

Since the subject lines will be tested against each other, we will not accept any new contributions after the 23rd of January.

The top 3 contributions will each get $20 and the overall winner will get $100.

Objective of the contest

The object is to provide the best subject line for the newsletter. The top 3 contributions will be tested against each other in Opening Rate where the highest Opening Rate will win.

The copy in the newsletter is about how exercising outside is easier to get into (you do not need to visit a gym), more fun (no boring machines) and cheaper (no need for a membership). It also talks about the fresh air and sunshine you get when exercising outside.

Writers of the top subject lines will be considered for a long term collaboration with Footway, and have the chance of creating exciting subject lines for many newsletters to come.
