Contest Brief

I am looking for somebody who can add text in a fun, unique way to an image.

I am not looking for just the words added to the image. I can use photoshop myself, and am familiar with how to add text, strokes, drop shadows etc. I am instead looking for something more, a way to add the words in a unique fashion using typography and graphic design.

The words that should be added to the image are 'CAPTION CONTEST'. I would also like a caption bubble added to the image, such as the one attached.
