Contest Brief

We want the attached file goat character to be reworked as the mascot of our website.
Mascot will be used in many occasions such as in bulk email send, blog posts, support pages and more.
This is for a college student web platform. Our audience is 18-24 years old college students.We want to keep the original 3D plastic action figure texture shared in the original picture intact. We want it to look as if the figure is an actual, round, fully dimensional figure and not a flat picture (you can see this quality in the original attached picture). Do NOT need a 2D, flat cartoon character. We want a realistic looking digital painting job. Please notice the facial definitions, eyes, eyebrows, nose depth, goat beard (under chin) and eye glasses presence. The feet in the original picture is a rope, we want that to be transformed to a more defined feet like the goat's arms with its shoes kept on. We expect the goat portray "Gender-neutral", "Hipster" , "Happy" and "Authoritarian" looks.
