  A new requirement that I have overlooked has been added to the description: "The logo must be UNIQUE and DISTINCT from the generic designs available on the web"

  Just FYI ... beware !! cos ur gonna get something similar to these as well, happens everytime there is a mention about building, construction, housing, real estate, maintenence, architecture, etc ... Avoid rating them cos it only encourages them that re-using/ recycling works.
