#increaseprize concept modeling is modeling too, you should spent at least 200 for a mildly decent model, if you want this to be a real working solution you are cutting the line too short, as you can see nobody will take you or your idea seriously when the pay is worth the time to check the brief out. I would love to help you, but if this is a personal project for you and you don't want to hire help or work with others why even list the contest?

I'm sure we can arrange some deal if you are willing to at least compensate for the time it takes to do everything. If you want a illustration you could make a contest for that, if you want a 3D model for 10euros then it is probably not going to be worth much.
