Introducing... Project Management

Posted on - Last Modified on

We’re pleased to announce the official launch of our Project Management service this month, which is now available as an upgrade that can be added to any open project.

We’ve had lots of questions about the new service, so here’s a short overview to tell you a bit more about Project Management and how it can help you ensure success for your longer projects.

Who is it for?

If you find yourself spending more time running your project and chatting with your freelancer everyday than you’d like, then Project Management is for you.

We believe that your time is best spent on the things that matter, and that managing projects can become a time intensive exercise.

Our Project Managers are here to help, ensuring your project is a success with as little effort from you as possible.

What are the benefits of having a Project Manager?

  • Never miss your deadlines: Your Project Manager will stay on top of all your project deliverables, ensuring where possible that the Freelancer delivers on time.

  • Save time: We’ll manage the daily check-ins with your Freelancer so that you don’t have to. We’ll provide regular status updates and your input will be needed only when required

  • Project Expertise: Our Project Managers are experts in their field and will ensure you get the benefits of their expertise. Additionally, they know the site backwards and can help you with any queries you may have while your project is underway.

How much does it cost?

The service costs just $10/hour (or your local equivalent), which is billed weekly. Your Project Manager will let update your regularly on their time spent on your project, and you can cancel at any time.

For smaller projects, this works out on average at 1-5 hours in total, which would be a fee of $10 - $50. Larger projects may extend longer than this, depending on the duration of the project.

How do I upgrade my project?

Simply visit and as long as you have an open project the option to “Hire a Project Manager” will be available.

The next step will be to select the project that you’d like to upgrade, and select Upgrade to save your selection. That’s it! Your project manager will then shortly reach out to you to introduce themselves.
