I thought my instructions were very specific. We had problems with getting things accomplished the way I wanted. I created a report and asked him to pull up the record that was being displayed, on a form, and show it in the report as a print preview. He informed me that no print preview was available in access??? I modified the query on the report and set it up to preview. I instructed him that I did not want color in the report, as it would be hard to see when printing, but he created a different report than was sent with the original project (I think he just did a print wizard from the form) and it had color. He is a Very Competent Excel provider but his skills in Access are not as honed.
